Better Decisions When the Future is Uncertain

Organizations have to make decisions about technology, people, and strategy before they can know how the world around them will develop.

My work focuses on one question: how do we make good strategic decisions when uncertainty cannot be resolved?

Research

I conduct commissioned research for organizations facing strategic questions about emerging technologies, uncertainty and the future of work.

Projects combine rigorous social-science research with strategic foresight to produce insights that inform real decisions.

Commissioned Research

Executive Education

I teach executives and senior managers how to recognize change, question assumptions, explore alternatives, and translate uncertainty into strategic action.

My teaching combines strategic foresight, systems thinking and decision-making with participants’ own strategic challenges.
